I really like the idea for the illo..sometimes the simpler jobs turn out to be the hardest ones! I like the softness in it..and it's very charming all the technique and colouring!
lol you are so cool, Diane. I loved your take on the challenge! I know that feeling in some way, because having nieces and nephews to care for since I was a baby hasn't been easy ;)
you have a wonderful style, diane! great flowers and laundry that just nevvvvver goes away. i love their sweet (innocent???) little faces. us mommies (and daddies) are DEFINITELY warriors.

- and if you won the war, there would only start a new war just the day after! You have many fine images here, I really like to visit you!

I know how you feel. I do ALL the housework, dishes, and cooking at home, including breakfast, lunch and dinner for wife and child. It never ends. :)
My wife is an 8th grade teacher. She has enough work of her own.
Great illo! It truly is a warrior's job. :)
I say you are winning!!! Love the drawing. Keep up the art making and the laundry and dishes will not seem so bad.
