Ok. This is a first for me. The start of something great I hope. I never really show my personal art to people and it sits in a drawer and collects dust. I'm also very critical of my own work and usually hate everything I do just before or after I finish it. I'm tired of feeling this way and I'm "ENVISIONING" a new way of thinking. I will start showing some of my work. I will start now!! Feels kinda good actually! Hope I can keep it up.

Beautiful. That is the first word that comes to mind. Keep it up! You know I think all artists tend to hate their art.. I know I do.. I am always seeing something that could be changed or be better.. but thats what makes us artists.. we keep perfecting and making things look even better! its a gift and a curse. ;)

Thank you all for the nice comments- It reeeaally bothers me that I hate my art but, it's comforting to know i'm not the only one that feels this way. It has almost stopped me several times from ever picking up a pencil again, fortunately it's in my soul and I could never quit. I am starting another painting of a bird I took a picture of at the Desert Museum last weekend. I will post it when it is finished. Thank you all again for the wonderful comments!!
