For the "one thing done four ways" challenge I chose something iconic. Mr. Lincoln. Here he is in a pencil sketch, an ink drawing done in the style of R. Crumb, a warm little happy Abe painted in PhotoShop, and an Anime (Japanese) style hand inked and colored in PhotoShop. Go, Abe, GO!

Me gusta muchisimo, Mike!
La tercera es mi favorita!
Hasta la vista!
Cata.
I like first Lincoln on the second row the best! He is so cute with that sweet smile and those dancing eyes!
Hey, er Mike...Lincoln on the bottom right looks a bit like the artist!
yeeeaahhhh...lolo's right. the greenish cast, to the beard....
awesome, baker! :))
i love the touch of the crooked tie. :))
The first one (pencil sketch) is actually a pretty good rendering of the original photo (just google-image abe lincoln), crooked tie and all. :) The crooked tie was a bonus (along with that "painful" wart) for each drawing.
I know everyone likes the third one but I'm a little partial to the R. Crumb one. I think I did a great job capturing his style.
Thanks, everyone! :)
Great work!
These are really amazing Mike... Great job!!!!!!!!
