i printed out yours - put it up here in my office - I LOVE it! mine's a little more um, reality based (nottt!!!) cuz' it's at BORDERS and not the infirmary at HOGWARTS. i'm trying to reaallly feel the cpencils these days. experiment with paper, layering, etc...the background details are WICKED daunting and the pencils have to say BATTLE sharp to make it happen. otherwise it goes all chalky smudgy soft. i have heard tell of mystical waterbased primsacolors, that you can use WET. now that would be awesome tubular EXCELLENT! dude! (too much earl gray today....) enjoy!
accio new prismacolors! "))

love the details and colors!
Awesome, Colleen! I love their expressions, colors and the way light 'draws' them :)
Oh, man... That's a LOT of colour penciling! You've really gone all-out on the detail. It's a really strong picture with very relatable characters. Thanks for the dedication :D
And btw we don't get prismacolors here - we only have Caran d'ache and Derwent, which are both pretty good and complement each other. But no prismacolors. :(
the expression you have captured on the girl's face is priceless!
