Portfolio Help

Hey Everyone, I have a quick bid for help. If you find this post abusive to this blog community please let me know and I will remove it; I have no desire to take advantage.

I'm applying to grad school for Illustration and I am having a hard time deciding what should go and what should not go in my portfolio. Also, I'm having trouble deciding which is my strongest piece to lead in with. I would really appreciate any advice that you would have to give.

Visit my flickr site: http://flickr.com/photos/artfulartsyamy

My illustration portfolio is under the the "Illustration" heading. I think I might be able to include some of my paintings, under the "Painting" heading, but I think they might distract.

You can either leave a comment on the flickr page, or leave on for me here, or email at artful.artsy.amy@gmail.com

thanks guys!!!

Hi, Amy! I tried to go take a look at your flickr, but it said the page doesn't exist? I don't know if it's just my computer, but I'll try and take a look again later. Congrats for applying to grad school!

Among your illustrations set, I really like your Dotty Dee and Botswaddle characters. I also think all your birds are great, and Done with That really stands out!

But I totally LOVE your paintings! The style used is a bit more consistent here, and each piece is so interesting!

Sorry I'm not more help. Congrats on your decision to go to grad school! =)
