Traditionally in Sweden…or at least in my family, Thursdays is Pancake Day. Now it's not thursday but sunday is pancake day in america so I figured... hehe why not! So grab a plate everybody and join in the fun, the pancakes are on me!
Oh, it's been way to long since I had pancakes on a Thursday, or any day for that matter. I'd love some of the pancakes my mom and dad makes, in fact, I think that maybe it is time to go visit them this week. Give. Me. Pancakes. :)
