Getting My Space Ready

This is a sketch I did in my Moleskine as a rough design for a small Zen garden. I bought a wonderful Buddha statue that needs a special place, so now I'm getting that area ready for him. There's a small American Bamboo plant in reds and gold that will sit behind him, some ornamental grasses in blues and soft greens and then I'll add some smooth pebbles in between the plantings. I think this will be a perfect solution to this little area in my yard.
