Hmm, I suppose I haven't posted in a bit - here at the newspaper, it's all "politics", "layoffs" and "Dallas Cowboys". One of those things I'm obsessed with, another I'm terrified of, and the third I wish would just go away.
But there sure is some cool art going on over here at Monday Artday! The work has been amazing and very inspiring. It keeps my brain happy. I did this illustration for IF's "Sail" (I'm not afraid of storms, for I'm learning to sail my ship - Aeschylus) Maybe if I get brave enough I'll post it for "Memories".
Now I have to come up with something for Beatrix Potter .... although since I need to paint the kitchen this weekend I don't think I'll post it by Monday. I will like having a picture to think of while I sand the cabinets.
