First Man On and In the Moon

Man In the Moon
5x7 Graphite & Watercolor
©2012 BEDeuel/Bronson Hill Arts

The Man in the Moon. Neil Armstrong. July, 1969. Still an incredible moment. Always an incredible moment.

I've never been a technology geek so my emotional attachment to this historical event is purely one of awe, of the impossible come true. Something, I think, that we all have to believe can be achieved.

A reluctant hero, but a hero all the same. Thank you, Mr. Armstrong. You're my Man in the Moon.

Those magnificent fish and their flying machines...

Sorry for the big file, but the composition demanded this kind of presentation. If you click on the pic, you can have a much closer look at Mr. Fish.

Well, not my absolute favorite of course, but I love fresh, home made bagels.

Hiya...

Hello all,

this is my 1st post here ( thanks for the invite ). i've loved looking thru at all your work, wonderful and inspiring stuff. The 1st drawing i did for here was for the word Speed but i hadn't asked for an invite yet. And since i've gott'n the invite my drawing has been...well, in a minimalist phase =). But how can one resist a tentacle challenge. This is one of my coffee sketches i do far to much of...

new piece

This is a pencil piece I started last week and just finished for a show, despite the holidays and having a flu/cold nastiness.
