I love papaya too. Hawaiian papaya is sweet and firm, Mexican papaya is huge, orange, pungent and great with lime, and Thai green papaya salad is spicy and delicious. How do you like your papaya?
Well since you asked Mike, my sweet tooth won't let me dare having it spicy or as a part of salad. I like eating it orange and chopped up with a dollop of fresh cream! I'ma try it your way, is it delicious? Can you give me one of your all time favorite recipes? By the way Mike, I missed your comments and it really feels grrrrrrrreat having you back! While you were away, we chose a name for my girl character; "Ida"! Hope you like it, I wish you were in her naming ceremony! XXX
