Hi Eslina, Great alphabet illo! I googled your request and found "Xenops" (a rainforest bird from the Americas) or "Xiphias gladius" (the binomial or species name for swordfish). Hope this helps!
I also found Xiphosuran in the dictionary. (an anthropod of the order Xiphosura, which includes the horseshoe crab) Not that anyone would guess it looking at it. o_O
Lovely illustration though. I had a similar thought - do it with animals, but you came up with a few I hadn't thought of. ^_^
