Tulips at the Village Markey III, with variant

I am probably not done with this yet, this is as far as I've gotten so far. But I need an instant gift for someone who wanted a sort of magenta theme, so I made a variant on the unfinished painting, framed it, and it is ready to go. The frame is actually sort of maroon--none of the colors look quite right. Click images to view larger.

Oooh! I thought it might have been done in oils until I read the labals!

Yeah, I collaged it (composite) on the computer and then digitally smudge painted it--may try to actually paint it.

THANKS! :-D
