His days have slowed down and so has he. He's wrinkled, relaxed, and comfy...but his colors haven't fadded! That's encouraging! He looks like he has lots of stories he could tell.
This piece reminds me of two things: 1) The dino commercials about taking care of your teeth. Brush and floss! and 2) It reminds me of the first time my little sister discovered my grandfather had false teeth. She wondered how she could take her teeth out to brush them too.
