A mind`s factory

I thought to myself that maybe there is a little factory in my mind, making up all the silly little things I imagine. And that I would try to draw it. I also decided to use whatever I first came up with, witch was a corn kernel escaping the popcorn factory!

Family of " friends"

This is my family of friends that I have used as  a seasonal blog header.
I am referred to as the love goddess while each other lady has their own reference. I tried to capture them in their own unique element. Fairy goddess didn't recognize herself, although her kids knew exactly who she was. A funky high heel wearing grandma who works out five times a week!!!  Again much laughter ensued from these characters!!

Family

My brother requested long ago a caricature of his family.
So I surprised him with a cool likeness of his wife and children in this digitally drawn Christmas card.  He was thrilled and always gets a chuckle out of my work!

birthday present

So in a couple of days is my dads birthday, and he asked for an illustration... he is an architect and likes art... so I decided to make something refering to buildings, but also with a more artsy feeling...
I am not crazy about it... but I think it came out pretty good for being the second digital illo I have ever made.

OK, here is another entry. This is for a band for which I did a few designs. There are two different designs with completely different directions: Political and Whimsical.

CD Cover

This is a CD cover I did for my brother as a Christmas present last year. I did a cover and a CD sticker too. He was a big fan of the video game "Guitar Hero" and the television show "Heroes." I am about 12 years his senior, so I wanted to introduce him a history of great guitar players.

I found a picture of a guitar, manipulated it in Photochop, and did the rest in Illustrator with some texturizing in PS.
